Our client, the world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health is now hiring for a confident administrator to support key areas within the business.

Description

The successful candidate will support the business in the following areas:

  • Data entry of sales/job orders into the system
  • Communicating with operative staff & clients
  • Reporting on goods in/goods out
  • Monitoring stock control
  • Daily communication with sales, customer service and distribution over the phone and email

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues & drivers in a busy working environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-task abilities.
  • Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of excel & word is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management
  • Possess good planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good sense of humor and is able to adapt to change.
