JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service operators to work in a large national Australian furniture producer and supplier.
Client Details
Our client has been dominating the Australian Furniture market since 1977, with a commitment to design, authenticity and delivering best in class service to its customers. They have achieved furniture technology in ways no one else has, and their products extend out to services including professional cleaning and recovering.
Description
The role responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Answering inbound calls from our customers (approx. 40-60 per day)
- Inputting customer query into our CRM (SAP); generally these are product fault/warrantee claims
- Previous call centre experience is a must
- Previous customer service experience is a must
- Need to be empathetic and able to offer outstanding customer service while working in a fast paced environment
- Dayshift, 8 hours between 8am to 6pm
Profile
Successful candidates will come with:
- Prior customer service experience
- Call centre experience is desireable but not essential.
- Time management
- Great verbal and written English
- Need to have worked in a face paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive and can do attitude
