Adecco is looking for Process workers and Forklift Operators to join our team on a casual basis, working for a number of our clients in the Cowra Region.

Adecco is currently looking for Process workers and Forklift Drivers to join our casual pool working for our clients in the Cowra region.

Description

Successful candidates will be assisting with process line work as required to help ensure production levels are maintained and customer orders are completed on time and on budget, to a high quality.

These positions offer flexible working hours in a great team environment. Successful applicants must available to work on an on-call casual basis, and have the ability to work shifts at short notice, across day, afternoon and night shifts. Please note that the roles do include some weekend work.

We're looking for candidates with demonstrated reliability, a strong work ethic, flexible availability, and relevant recent work experience.

Please note that Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Tests may form part of the recruitment process for these positions.

Profile

To be successful, the qualifications and experience required include:

  • Forklift Licence and at least 2 years experience operating forklifts
  • Respect for others, and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
  • Eye for detail
  • Positive outlook and a "can do" attitude
  • Labouring/factory line experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Own transport to travel to and from sites as required
  • Available for day, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotating basis
  • Reliable and available when called in for shifts
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
