Your new role
Receiving inbound calls from existing customers, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and varied solutions to customers with overdue accounts, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines and uncovering future needs for the customer. You will take on a consulting role where you will demonstrate empathy and care whilst assisting customers with tailored solutions. The key function of your role will be to recoup existing debt from existing customers and negotiate a payment plan whilst maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism. This role requires you to be available to work full time, on a rotating roster from Monday - Friday working between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a real passion for providing first class customer service; able to listen to the customer’s needs whilst operating various systems at one time, you have outstanding communication skills, the desire to work towards individual targets and team goals. Being resilient and able to ask probing questions is a must. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
