we are seeking a trained youth worker who has worked with young people, coordinating, organizing, and planning programs and social activities targeted toward their personal, educational, behavioral, developmental, psychological, and emotional growth.

we need a youth worker who can support young people better by dealing with issues of complex, and giving them the confidence they need to excel in life.

Recognizing the need for education, youth workers encourage young people to acquire formal education, and also organize educational activities to help them become more intellectually sound.

you will work closely with young people and help them discover their potentials most especially when they cannot seem to discover these hidden potentials on their own.

you will inculcate good values and positive attitude in young people by teaching them these values and how they affect their lives.

Youth empowerment is a top priority to this worker. He /she goes all the way to empower young people with practical skills and knowledge by organizing skills based Activities.

we need someone who can be available for 24 hour shifts, over night shifts, weekends and weekdays.

Must have a current blue card and completed or currently enrolled in a certificate in youth work.

must have reliable car ,current insurances and a clean driving history.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: $61,784.00 – $75,514.00 per year

Experience:

• youth work: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence:

• First Aid (Preferred)
• Australian driver's licence (Preferred)
• Working With Children (WWC) Check (Preferred)

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
