We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our established team, we have recently branched out to service Cootamundra from other regional areas. This role is for regular work, with a regular client, for ongoing shifts.

Shifts will be varied, and will include:

  • Domestic Assistance
  • Respite
  • Personal Care (showering, toileting, grooming, and dressing)
  • Social Support
  • Respite Care

We are recruiting for those who have flexible availability, mornings and afternoons, with regular shifts each week, with consistent days and hours - so we can introduce you to the client.

At present, we can offer 15 hours, with these hours to increase in the coming months.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Support Worker to work in Cootamundra region.

We support workers make a difference in the community by facilitating positive health and wellbeing options for individuals, their families, and carers.

As a Support Worker, your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients with activities of daily living and providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Specialist Children and Adult Services, Respite and Personal Care at their home and in the community.


  • Certificate III in Individual Support / HACC / Aged Care / Disability or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check (clear results)
  • Availability to cover a range of shifts across the week including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Working with Children's Check - Employee
  • Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence, insured and reliable motor vehicle,
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Computer literacy and the ability to access emails
  • Willingness to do all shifts (including domestic assistance) and to undergo credentialing in medication if required
  • Ability to present a Clear National Police Check
  • Live within the local LGA or 20-minute drive of Cootamundra.

We are only seeking candidates who reside within a 20-minute drive of the area, as we would like to keep you close to home.
