About The Company

The stunning venue boasts of sea views as far as the eye can see. They are a well known hatted venue on the south coast looking to expand their team coming out of the end of what has been a "weird" year. Currently listed as one of NSW's top venues to eat and stay at they are looking to expand their team. They are located in a small town with a very busy seasonal period and with summer coming up their kitchen will be at full capacity.

About The Position

We are looking for a fine dining cdp / sous chef to start as soon as possible. You will have a high emphasis on food quality making sure every single item that is sent out is at the highest possible standard and that you are cooking everything to perfection. We are after a chef who can lead a large team of highly qualified chefs who can run independently with little assistance from the head chef or executive chef. Ideally you will have worked at a hatted venue before but any venue with an emphasis on good food will be perfect. Your chef management skills will need to be above par as this is a busy venue in a beautiful coastal town. If you are applying for the cdp position you will be expected to run your own section and have seafood experience.

Position Breakdown

• $60-75,000 + Super + Tips + Accommodation
• 2 days off a week
• Flexible Roster
• Hatted Experience
