Our well respected client within the public sector is looking to bring on a temporary Administration Officer. The position, starting ASAP, would be for an initial period of 8 weeks.

The role will be assisting in a backlog of data to be inputted into relevant systems along with other record keeping/admin tasks.

The key skills to be considered include:

  • Excellent keyboarding and computer skills and an intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A proven ability to easily learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to hit the ground running and be focused in completing tasks/ meeting deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A friendly and positive attitude and team-orientated approach to work
