Your new company
Local community based organisations across Townsville are looking for passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join their team on a casual/relief basis. There are shifts and roles around across 7 Days and AM,PM & Nights available to suit your lifestyle.

Your new role
You will be helping to develop independent living skills, improving health and well being outcomes, conducting and assisting in recreational activities and connecting and engaging with clients to provide quality social interaction.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in joining the HAYS team as a casual Support Worker you will have:

• Certification in Community Services, Disability Support, Youth Work, Mental Health or similar
• Police Clearance (or able to pass)
• A current Yellow Card or NDIS worker screening check
• Current Blue Card
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Previous experience as a Support Worker (Youth, Aged, Disability or Mental Health)
• Honesty, Integrity and a passion for assisting others
