After huge growth in revenue and readership in 2020, we’re excited for the next phase of our evolution and looking for a Sales & Partnerships Executive to assist our Sales & Partnerships Manager, bringing onboard new advertisers and brand opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for an ambitious new sales team member with the skills to help represent us in the marketplace from a digital sales and advertising perspective, as we continue to build partnerships with leading Australian brands.


Working closely with the Sales & Partnerships Manager to provide brands with campaign and advertising solutions across our platforms, ultimately, you’ll be enthusiastic, creative, a natural relationship-builder and a strategic communicator. You’ll always be on the lookout for new opportunities to grow fresh partnerships and better ways we can serve existing clients.


Our team is small and creative with a huge passion for design and innovation. We’re looking for someone who shares this same passion and loves working closely with a tight-knit team to innovate the way we engage with our brands and audiences. You’ll be both a collaborator and a self-starter, loaded with strategic ideas to help achieve our vision, and most importantly, the skills and drive to execute them. 


Your responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and secure advertising revenue from both new and existing clients, across native content, display, social and events, in order to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Regular contact with direct and agency clients to generate new leads, establish new relationships and maintain existing accounts.
  • Preparation and presentation of pitches, proposals and reporting.
  • Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategies.

Your required skills

  • University degree or tertiary qualification
  • 2-3 years of sales (preferably digital media) or account management experience.
  • A proven track record in hitting sales targets or other KPI’s.
  • An understanding of the Australian digital media & advertising landscape preferred.
  • Awareness of market trends in order to identify new opportunities and help improve our product range.
  • Must be proactive in identifying new opportunities and securing new clients.
  • Exceptional people skills, with experience in relationship management in a client-facing role.
  • Results-driven with the ability to handle a highly accountable role.
  • A structured and organised approach when planning and executing tasks.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to thrive as a member of a team while also highly self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
