As the Head of Search, you will have the responsibility for achieving revenue targets and implementing online growth strategies to improve the business performance across our Global markets. You will continually explore the market opportunity and evolving search technologies and methodologies to create new ways of engaging customers via search, resulting in an ever-improving search ROI.

Please note, this role can be located in either Brisbane or Sydney.

A bit about you:
You’ll ideally have 5-6 years’ experience with leadership aspirations
You’ll have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SEM strategies to increase sales generation and website conversion
You’ll have a detailed understanding of Google AdWords, Bing Ads & Facebook Ads
You’ll have a basic understanding of the online technical environment, HTML, CSS, and content management systems
You’ll have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations to improve sales, user experience and brand awareness

A bit about the Job:
You’ll be responsible for the strategy, implementation and management of all paid search campaigns and social media platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn
You’ll manage the paid search budget and work within the Global Digital Services team in order to maximise ROI, drive traffic, and customers
You’ll design, deliver and manage 12-month search engine optimisation plans to improve search engine ranking and overall website visibility
You’ll analyse website traffic and sales data for trends to identify and quantify customer habits and behaviour using this data to improve online sales
You’ll perform ongoing keyword research, expansion and optimisation, optimising copy and landing pages for SEM campaigns
You’ll conduct market and competitor research, and make recommendations to improve conversion and increase sales
