To take the business to the next level, The Goodnight Co. is seeking an experienced e-commerce and digital manager with a demonstrated history of experience in managing online DTC websites within a beauty or wellness environment. 

Role: eCommerce & Digital Manager

The Goodnight Co. is a fast-growing sleep wellness brand that is rapidly expanding. We are looking for someone to join our team to bring value to our growing e-commerce and marketing department!

This role is perfect for a passionate, analytical and collaborative e-commerce and digital manager to become an integral part of the team and contribute to the digital marketing and brand awareness strategy across the business.

  • Oversee the e-commerce growth monitor our brand website sales as well as sell-in and sell-out excellence through optimising online merchandising, website functionality and optimising user experience
  • Building the online promotional calendar and implementing site upgrades with support and collaboration from our teams 
  • You will report directly to the Co-Founders whilst working closely with our marketing and operations teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure user experience of the website including design & aesthetics, content, and navigation, branding / marketing, performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns 
  • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies 
  • Manage, analyse and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs 
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose 
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, local agencies to understand best practice for the key ecommerce levers of search, navigation, content, ratings and reviews and oversee implementation of these where relevant 
  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms and data ownership 
  • Create synergies between inside and external partners in marketing or digital activities 
  • Provide SEO/SEM and digital marketing through innovation and process improvements 
  • Drive growth, develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors 
  • Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key ecommerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools
  • Stay up to date on current technology and marketing solutions
  • Manage websites using Shopify Plus including editing, content and creative, building landing pages, A/B testing, report generation, apps and tools
  • Beginner knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Problem solving and liaising with developers to rectify technical issues
  • Working with third party platforms including Klavyio, Gorgias, Google Analytics and Ads
  • Implement and manage loyalty, referral and reviews programs using third party platforms
  • Collaboratively develop digital marketing strategy, brand onboarding and user journeys
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across website, eDM’s and via paid social/search
  • eDM setup, segmentation and onboarding via Klaviyo platform
  • Social Media advertising – in-house and managing external agencies

About You:

  • Must be passionate about health and wellness
  • You will have strong e-commerce and digital experience in managing online DTC websites
  • You will be commercially astute and a natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set
  • You will be able to influence those around you to drive the brand and its ecommerce growth
  • You will have strong communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years + experience 
  • Must be a strong communicator
  • Excellent multitasking skills with good time-management
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Team player
