JOB DESCRIPTION

TPT Wealth is a major provider of financial products and services including Managed Investments, Wills and Estates and Commercial Lending. We’ve been playing the long game since we established back in 1887. We are also a Trustee Company authorised under the Trustee Companies Act 1953 and a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Ltd.

The Trust Administration Assistant will add value to TPT Wealth by providing clerical, secretarial and administration assistance on deceased estates, trusts, power of attorney accounts and administration accounts. This exciting temporary contract position is based in Launceston until December 2021, with possibility of extension.

We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment. Your ability to learn and adapt will be key, along with the energy and capability to handle a planned and reactive workload to make the most of this fantastic opportunity.

The successful applicant would ideally have:

· Proven ability to deliver results with accuracy and timeliness;

· The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise these effectively;

· A commitment to building positive relationships with both internal and external customers;

· Functioning as a competent, motivated, and professional member of the wider group, ensuring you continue to self-develop and learn new skills as required.

· Experience in the administration of deceased estates and trust administration would be advantageous, but not essential.
