Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to support their busy call centre. Renowned for excellence in delivering value and a high-quality service, they pride themselves on going above and beyond for their customers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Call Centre.

The Position

You will deal with a variety of inbound queries via telephone, email and the portal.
You will also support wider operational activities including on boarding, meter readings billing and payments along with other aspects of the customer life cycle management
You will provide a high level service to all customersWhat are they looking for?

Experienced in customer service and general operational activity
Confident dealing with customers, colleagues and partners in all situations
Experience with the UK Gas and Electricity industry (desirable, but not essential)
Verbally and numerically competent, with strong communication skills
