Full Job Description
Support the provision of pharmacy services at Redcliffe Hospital in the COVID Vaccination Clinic and other Pharmacy work units in accordance with contemporary legislative and quality standards.

About the Role
Assist in inventory control including: ordering, invoicing, receiving and distributing stock in the Pharmacy.
Perform stock control duties to the wards and other departments including: monitoring ward imprest stock levels, generating requisitions, assembling stock for issue and organising delivery.
Monitor drug expiry dates including checking current stock both in the Pharmacy and in the wards and other areas.
Repackage various dose forms for inpatient and outpatient use.
Assist in the preparation of extemporaneous compounds in accordance with standard formulations.
Involvement in vaccine preparation as needed in accordance with the relevant procedures and processes required for specialised storage, distribution/handing and administration of vaccines.
Assist in the dispensing process including: data entry of prescription details and packing and labelling products under pharmacist supervision.
