About the role

We are currently searching for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter who specialises in Mining & Civil Road Construction  to join the HR team Mon - Fri at our Malaga Head Office. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and will be able to hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities focussing on our Mining & Civil Projects including advertising of vacancies, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and all other recruitment onboarding related functions as required.

 To be considered for this position you will have;

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Blue Collar Recruiter position in a Mining & Civil environment;
• Proven experience recruiting high volume mobile plant operators, traffic controllers and tradespeople;
• Ability to interact and engage at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to manage time effectively, be task orientated and able to work to work alone and in a team;
• A can-do attitude and high level of efficiency;
• Ability to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance; and
• Pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol tests.
