What you'll be doing

The Operations Manager is a key position in the senior leadership team of the NSW Education Centre Against Violence, a state-wide unit auspiced by Western Sydney Local Health District which is responsible for workforce development in the specialist areas of prevention and response to violence, abuse and neglect. 

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Administration, Information Technology (IT) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance systems, including improvement processes and projects. The Operations Manager ensures the provision of operational administrative support, project support and assistance in human resources related initiatives to support Team Leaders, the Associate Director and the Director in the smooth functioning of ECAV.
