Full Time Exempt position as a Senior Commercial Analyst, responsinble for providing business line management with high level financial and commercial analysis and insights. The Senior Commercial Analyst works with various levels of management to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts and techniques in relation to long term, tactical planning, budgeting and forecasting with a constant aim of driving business results. $127,766.15 to $152,864.22 per annum, 38 hours per week.

HealthShare NSW are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who drives results and can create successful professional relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. The successful individual will be accountable and provide accurate actionable insights and solutions through the use of their excellent analytical and numeracy skills.

We are seeking someone with relevant demonstrated experience and sound knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes, management accounting systems, processes and techniques relating to budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, scenario analysis, change management principles and administering budget processes for business areas within a larger business group. The individual will also need Advanced Microsoft Office, Modelling and Data Analysis skills with demonstrated ability to utilise ERP and BI tools. Does this sound like you?

About the opportunity

You will be responsible for data collection, business analysis, developing tactical and operational insight and delivering recommendations to the Commercial Partners; identifying internal and relevant external data sources and providing appropriate financial and non-financial inputs to assist strategy formation; monitoring, reporting and evaluating trends and implications of alternative business scenarios, cash flow, working capital, specific projects and environmental factors which might impact decison making processes; using financial information to accurately inform upon business planning activities, budget formation; consulting and advising business leaders and collaborating with managers to ensure they've been expertly guided to add value to decision making. This is a Full Time Exempt (up to 4 March 2022) position graded as a Health Manager Level 4 with an annual salary of $127,766.15 to $152,864.22 (Excl. 9.5% superannuation). Location, St Leonards.

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
