Community Health Nurse
Inverell Community Health Service

Inverell Community Health Service is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the friendly team as a Community Health Nurse. In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate person-centred care within the service, ensuring safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients, families, carers and a dynamic multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

The successful candidate will work with a team of Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to provide complex wound care and community nursing care to clients at Ashford, Bundarra and Inverell Community Health. 

As the successful candidate, you will be well organised and structured with the ability to triage care. You will have effective time management skills, along with the ability to successfully work with competing priorities. Your ability to provide individualised care and communicate with a range of patients and their families/carers in a personal and professional manner will be key to your success in this role.
