Our client is a not-for-profit organization seeking administration support for 6-8 hours per week to assist the group in ensuring that their strategic goals are met on an annual basis.

Role Description:

  • Minute taking and distribution – monthly meeting
  • Facilitation of meetings with Stakeholders
  • Provide support to members to align to strategic actions and budgetary constraints
  • Support members to manage the budget in line with strategic actions
  • Pay invoices
  • Website management
  • Quarterly reporting against Strategic Action Plan
  • Create Annual Reports detailing achievements against the strategic plan, budget, and acquittal of funds (with treasurer)

Selection Criteria:

  • A demonstrated knowledge of and/or interest in local history
  • A proven ability to work as part of a team and communicate with various people and organizations.
  • High-level information technology and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly in accordance with needs and priorities
