An iconic education provider with a big heart, an extraordinary legacy and a big workforce providing life changing education to generations is looking for a creative Digital & Social Media Manager.
In this fast-paced hands-on role, the Digital Manager will manage all digital & social media channels to ultimately drive occupancy and engagement through brand positioning and amplification, community engagement and trusted brand storytelling.

The Role
Focused on delivering creative digital and social media communications and marketing solutions.
You will;

Develop and implement the digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
Oversee the content strategy for all social and digital channels
Manage the digital customer experience
Analyse and report on results for constant improvement
Manage Digital & Social Media Coordinator, suppliers and agencies

The Person

A tertiary qualification in digital marketing or comms or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in effective digital communication and marketing, website management and social media engagement
Experience in digital and social media reporting, specifically Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
Demonstrated experience in content development with highly developed writing, video, interviewing skills as well as sourcing news/engagement opportunities, setting and managing content production processes
Confident IT skills, and use of MS Office, content management systems, HTML, social media platforms, and analytical tools
A good eye for design, branded storytelling and a love of social media and all things digital
Customer centric approach and focus provide exceptional customer service
Ability to obtain a blue card and national police check
