PAY RATE - $45 to $60 an hour

LOCATIONS - Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 10 to 12 weeks, 38 hour weeks to start, with possible extension

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration of COVID-19 vaccines 
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with legislative, industrial and organisational policy requirements and standards in the areas of Work Health and Safety
• To monitor cold chain and storage of vaccines and to report and manage any detected breach of cold chain
• Maintain immunisation records, vaccine supplies and consumables
• Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to avoid any incidents or wastage

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 1 years full time relevant clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting including immunization work
• Current Immunisation Course Certificate relevant to the jurisdiction in which they have been operating
• Evidence of current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Evidence of current anaphylactic training
• Current Police Check
• Evidence of Flu vaccination
