Tecside is currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Administrator working with one of Australia's most successful mining and plant equipment specialist. This role is to be based in Bassendean and will be on a casual contract starting as soon as possible with the possibility of permanent for the right candidate.

Tecside is currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Administrator working with one of Australia's most successful mining and plant equipment specialist.

This role is to be based in Bassendean and will be on a casual contract starting as soon as possible with the possibility of permanent for the right candidate.

Role:

The Workshop Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a quality service to both internal and external customers for the Fabrications Team. Acting as a key liaison between key contacts within the departments and Workshop Management.

Additionally the Workshop Administrator will provide exceptional service to key partners accessing or utilising the site at Baseandean for Projects, This will include reception duties for the site.

A understanding of metal fabrication processes and procedures or ability to gain quickly this working knowledge is essential to be successful in this developing role.

Requirements:

• 2 years of similar experience in workshop Administration
• Knowledge of fabrication and procedures
• Experience in SAP or similar systems
• Data Entry experience
• Reporting experience and 5S
• High level of written and verbal communication
• Strong I.T and Systems experience including SAP
• Industry experience is highly desirable
• 2 Recent and check-able references
