Do work that matters:
As Customer Contact Strategy Analyst you will thrive on working closely with the Marketing team, delivering campaigns and educating our customers on their share trading journey. With a focus on the ability to plan and design campaigns and ensure stakeholders are effectively engaged and allocated clearly defined roles.

Day to day, you will play a key role to allow the business to understand database and data sources to then build workflows utilising Alteryx/SQL and Adobe Campaign.

We aspire to help our customers to prosper. As part of the Marketing and Strategy team you'll help us to deliver end to end customer and advisor campaigns to support CommSec in delivering an integrated and aligned approach to the customer solutions we provide.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures and make recommendations
  • Are you curious about campaign Deployment though execution of e-mail, SMS and CRM activity and monitoring of campaign integrity and performance
  • Managed daily & weekly campaign reporting on concurrent initiatives across the stakeholder group
  • The ability to work autonomously in a team environment
  • Experience in identifying methods of statistical analysis and measurement techniques using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and associated reporting suits is desirable
