JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and highly driven sales professional, who is confident, tenacious, with a proven track record of account management and client satisfaction to join our JustCo Australia team.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop strong working relationships, expanding our network of brokers, agents, prospects and customers within the real estate sector. Other responsibilities include:
Business Growth
- Lead the design, development and implementation of strategic sales plans, ensuring they are aligned with corporate objectives to maximize business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
- Build and promote the value of JustCo’s products and services to meet client’s business needs
- Active solicitation of accounts to generate direct sales
- Lead the sales process from lead/enquiry generation to negotiations and deal closure
- Provide accurate and detailed sales forecast of identified and proposed opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Review and develop sales approaches, guidelines, training, and best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
- Experience in co-working, serviced office, commercial real estate industry is an advantage
- Proven success in self lead generation and business development
- Strong leadership and work well with teams
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
