NAC Media Group is seeking an experienced, pro-active, and exceptional Senior Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving brand strategy and client management for leading global & local brands. A strategic, organized, and tactical mind frame is essential; the role requires a high level of autonomy, as well as working within a team and the ability to develop supporting staff. Excellent fashion, lifestyle & beauty media contacts and relationships are key to the role, combined with an extensive knowledge of the Australian media landscape.   • Implementation of National PR & Communications Strategy, inclusive of media relations (also localising global strategies for global brands)
  • Determine a client’s PR requirements and identify new ideas/ opportunities for brand development.
  • Overseeing the development of cross platform ideas that complement and magnify client strategies with a focus on those with digital at its heart.
  • Providing clients with strategic advice alongside industry movements and competitor developments.
  • Global Communications analysis
  • Social Media strategy and implementation
  • Driving and executing PR and influencer strategies to support brand-level priority concepts, products, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Build relationships & develop larger-scale plans with influencer and celebrity talent agencies/PR teams to grow brand reach and identify opportunities for partnerships.
  • Identifying, building, and maintaining deep relationships with key media, influencers and brand partners and helping to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Influencer management including strategy, negotiations, contracts & briefs.
  • Paid Advertising partnerships
  • Leading the fusion of editorial and social storytelling as new way of category communication
  • Ability to meet client KPIs, inclusive of overseeing client reporting and analysis awareness, increase brand mentions on social channels, and raise EMV across platform.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relations with all media platforms.
  • Implementation of dynamic and highly detailed events.
  • Work closely with Founder & Director on client activity and updates.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Management of team members within client portfolio
