This role involves working with the Member Engagement team, Regional Manager, other office-based staff and the Member Engagement teams across Australia and New Zealand to deliver integrated member-based activities for members and ensuring sustainable growth.

The Opportunity
  • Setting up CVent and other relevant systems, managing the product mix classification and design, managing registrations and delegate lists within our policy and privacy guidelines
  • Coordinating the evaluation process including providing the opportunity for delegate feedback and the distribution of feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Creating marketing materials and campaigns for various events in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Setting up market and percolate processes, working with social media and other virtual communication options, sharing information for use with member groups.
  • Ensuring venue contracts meet the internal legal process requirements, managing event budget including creating and delivering purchase orders, liaising with suppliers (including AV suppliers, equipment and venues, supervision of on-site product delivery
  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading and managing local social media activation
  • Supporting local governance and member community groups and committees
  • Member enquiries, interactions and engagement
  • Assisting the regional manager in the management and co-ordination of local resources
Great To have
  • 3 + years experience in event management or service management experience
  • A growth mindset and adaptable approach
