We are currently seeking an Outbound Customer Service Officer for a large retailer and distributer based in Perth. The role presents a fantastic opportunity for an insight into the company and what they do.

• Super on all hours
• Based in Murdoch
• Immediate start
• 6 - 12 month casual position

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Completion of high school (year 12)
• Experience working in a call center as an outbound caller (desirable)
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Experience promoting brands
• Listens to and examines information to determine internal and external customer needs
• Be able to communicate and deliver high customer service excellence
• Experience achieving sales driven targets
