Passionate about sustainability, environment, community impact and climate change mitigation and adaptation?? Then we would love to hear from you to discuss our exciting growth opportunity. A problem solver, thorough researcher and great at developing relationships both internally and externally will delight in joining our team as our new Sustainability Advisor.


Above all we value your integrity as you undertake research and review of regulatory, technical, or market issues related to sustainability, including identification of best practice responses;


You will facilitate, coordinate and assist in delivering key sustainability projects, as well as supporting the establishment of sustainability management processes for DBCT and DBI, developing strong internal and externa relationships.


Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, you will collaborate, innovate and deliver quality reports and presentations relating to sustainability programs and initiatives;


Your research and advice will consider our impact on the wider community and the environment as you assist in establishing, maintaining and tracking Sustainability KPIs and other related data;


Your qualifications will include Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Law, Finance, or a related discipline; or demonstrated experience in relevant technical roles.

• Identify and analyse problems weighing the relevance and accuracy of available information, with the ability to generate and evaluate alternative solutions and makes effective and timely decisions;
• Contribute to the successful performance of the team through the ability to foster open and honest communication, listen to feedback and build strong relationships;
• Demonstrate leadership, effective communication and personal effectiveness;
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources (project management);
• Technical writing, reporting and data management experience.
