About the Role:
Reporting into the Quality and Compliance Manager - the Senior Quality Advisor manages the internal and external audit programs in accordance with the requirements of the Contract.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with Compliance, Audit & Verification and Senior Management within areas of responsibility.
  • Schedule and plan internal and external audits, based on business risk and report audit findings.
  • Facilitate quarterly client audits, analyse root cause of findings and effectively manage corrective actions, within required timeframes.
  • Coach and mentor operational teams across the contract in the development and application of systems and processes, to ensure ongoing understanding and compliance with business requirements.
  • Complete validation based on audit outcomes, preventative measures and business risk.
  • Look for opportunities to improve systems/processes through continuous improvement.
  • Provide advice and assistance to teams in audit findings, remedial strategies and preventative actions.
  • Participate and contribute within the Quality team.
  • Liaise with client and maintain regular contact with Audit & Verification Teams
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Quality / Auditing role
  • Lead Auditor Qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership with a focus on collaboration and cooperation.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex contract environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting audit reports, policies, procedures for a wide range of applications.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Office 365 skills
  • SAP / Smartsheet or Project management tool experience desirable
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate needs to be an Australian Citizen, be willing to complete an Australian National Police check and have a valid Driver's License.
