Commercial Operations Resource Scheduler

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated scheduler to join our team. You will be accountable for the delivery of exceptional quality and productivity with a view to delivery of maximum profit and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
You will be required to work closely with the Operations Team and Branch Manager to cultivate a driven team of professional removalists with a customer centric ethos and attention to detail in everything you do.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning Branch Commercial Relocation activities
Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and communication between staff, vehicles and clients
Previous scheduling experience required (General freight or transport accepted)
Weekly payroll functions
Assist in managing full time, casual and agency labour workforce
Ensure monthly compliance is maintained
Assist in the preparation of information to assist in commercial projects
Manage operational costs to maximise profit
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience within a leadership or supervisory role
Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
A priorty to verbal and written communication skills toward clients and staff
Commercial Projects/Removals/General Frieght experience preferred
