Do you love that feeling when you make a plan, and it comes together just the way you hoped?
Have you ever thought you would make a great forensics officer because of your incredible eye for detail? You don't miss a trick!
Do you impress others with your ability to produce quality work under pressure while maintaining a big smile on your dial?
Do you love lists? So do we!
Has anyone ever said to you “I don’t know how you do it?” because you make juggling multiple tasks look easy

Then we have the job for you!
But seriously, top of the list, are you reliable? Can the team depend on you to have their back in the busy times? We run a tight ship and we depend on each other to fulfil our clients needs and expectations. This is not just any trade service. We have a reputation for being 'totally dependable' and we work hard to maintain our tagline.

Your main job will be scheduling. Seeing a job through from the initial enquiry, booking it in, researching and ordering parts, right through to completion including invoicing. You will liaise over the phone and by email with clients, suppliers and our electrical team to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive experience for our clients. In between coordinating as many as 360 electrical jobs per month, you will be receipting customer payments, debt collecting, following up on quotes, ordering materials and answering general enquiries.

Ideally this job would suit a travel agent/consultant, property manager or any work related experience that involves coordinating lots of moving parts and liaising with multiple parties all at once, where attention to detail is critical. Experience working in a busy office will be highly regarded.

We need someone who:

• Is reliable
• Is highly organised
• has a good memory
• Is confident
• Is a clear and logical thinker
• Is a good problem solver
• Has great attention to detail
• Has the ability to prioritise their workload

• Has a great sense of humour
• Has strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge an advantage)
• Is calm under pressure
• Has electrical knowledge (not essential)

We don’t care about your age, so long as you have the qualities we are looking for and in return we will provide you with a rewarding job with awesome customers, the best team culture where you are valued and nurtured not to mention above market wages.

It sounds like we’re asking a lot but for the right person, we know what we’re asking will suit the right person who will fit in perfectly with our awesome team.

Have we scared you off? No? Can you prove you have the skills required? Great! Apply below. We’d love to hear from you. And don’t forget to upload a short video about yourself. This will be looked upon favourably.

We are looking to start the successful applicant in December. We run a skeleton crew over the Christmas and New Year period and you may be required to help fulfil the roster over this period.
