The opportunity

We're seeking a Web Services Analyst to join our IT team on a 6 month maximum term basis. You will be a key point of contact for Sharepoint Administration, predominantly around the design and creation of content on our regional and global intranet.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

Publish intranet content using SharePoint 2013 and HighQ Publisher in line with the brand and agreed styles, intranet design and content guidelines and intranet governance structure

Assist intranet content owners and publishers with education and advice on publishing techniques, content and design guidelines to ensure a consistent experience for users

Assist and train site owners in the development of SharePoint Online sites

Provide full service support to HighQ data rooms, including providing training to users. system upgrades, and manage information barrier requirements

Maintain user guides and training documents

Work with HighQ on system upgrades and improvements

Understand and manage all IB security requirements of the HighQ data rooms

Skills, experience and qualifications

This role will be well-suited to a collaborative individual who is focused on delivering high quality outcomes and service to stakeholders. To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013
  • Knowledge and experience in the following is desirable though not essential:
HighQ Collaborate and HighQ Publisher

Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Power Automate, Stream, Yammer

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Knowledge of reporting tools such as Web Trends or ShareGate * Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations from across the business functions
