In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and enquiries for our government client. You will be providing IT support such as helping users log requests for products or services, through to creating and disabling accounts. If you're interested, here is what you need to know.
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold Australian Citizenship
- Be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Check
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable
- Positions: Multiple Full-Time & casual roles commencing ASAP
- End Date: 30th November 2021 with a view to extend
- Centre Hours - Full-time: Rotating roster Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Full availability required) | Casual: Rotating roster Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Full availability required)
- Training: 5 business days | Full attendance required 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: This is an In-house role from our CBD office | Successful candidates may be required to work from home pending government guidelines
