My client has engaged Michael Page to recruit for an ambitious and adaptable individual to join a market-leading, global construction organisation as an FP&A Manager. Whilst this role will begin as a 15-month contract, there will be the opportunity to extend or go permanent.

Reporting into the directly to the CFO, THe FP&A Manager will adhere to the following responsibilities:

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Consolidation, reporting and in-depth analysis of the budgets and forecasts
  • Responsible for the reporting platform and supporting relevant Regional Finance Teams and Business Leaders with their reporting requirements and needs
  • Develop and Manage an enterprise design and ensure financial and operational metrics are consistent and defined, aligning to organisation's strategy
  • Drive Financial Transformation by providing meaningful insights though analysing business data
  • Develop collaborative partnerships, driving cross-functional support and approach to business problem-solving
  • Adhoc analysis and support as required by senior executives


The successful individual will be CA or CPA qualified, ambitious, proactive & responsive. They will be required to have the ability to meet deadlines with a flexible attitude to change and processes. The role will suit someone looking for a varied role where no two days are the same. Experience construction or project based environment is highly regarded. An individual with 10+ years experience in a similar role coming from a project based environments with a pipeline of projects would be suitable. Experience with cash-flow management, a project accounting background, extensive stakeholder management skills and well-versed with budgeting & forecasting. Exposure with Adaptive insights and Workday Financial is advantageous.
