About the role

DFP is in the top 5 recruitment providers to Federal Government. As a part of the DFP Government team you will source and recruit for temporary on-hired workers for a wide range of roles within a wide spectrum of departments and environments. You will be involved in recruiting for and managing relationships to ensure optimum service to our clients and support to our contractors. You will source, assess, on-board and conduct post placement activities and have the ability to recruit across a wide variety of Government roles.

About you

For this role ideally you have worked in a busy recruitment role for a minimum of 2 years within a white collar professional agency environment. Ideally you have managed the supply of temporary workers or contractors and have an understanding of performance management and candidate care. You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and have strong adminstration skills, compliance and attention to detail. This is a varied role, requiring someone accustomed to a busy and varied portfolio. Knowledge of the APS is desireable but not mandatory.
