About our Client

Our client is a well-known, multinational organisation and market leader in their field with a huge global presence. Due to growth in the organisation, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join them on a 3 month temporary basis, with possibility of extension. 

Job Duties

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing the fortnightly payroll for both Australia and New Zealand employees using ADP Payforce
  • New starters and terminations
  • Award interpretation
  • Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments
  • Superannuation processing 
  • Handling payroll queries

The successful applicant will have:

  • Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
  • High volume payroll processing is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team based environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
  • Be immediately available
