We are currently looking for a talented CX/UX Designer to join our team in Melbourne on a permanent basis.
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated, passionate and ambitious team player with a strong CX/UX design
background with experience as a Scrum Master/Agile BA. You live the motto of practicing what you preach by delivering
outstanding results and the best customer experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysing and visualising customer journeys
  
• Reviewing and adhering to branding guidelines and ability to align the look and feel across several brands and products
  
• Creating designs for customers in an eCommerce and business process engineering context
  
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand the customer vision and business
  
• requirements to translate into digital experiences
  
• Identifying and documenting epics and user stories
  
• Sprint planning and workshop facilitation
  
• Working closely with the product owner and development team to deliver sprints with a seamless customer journey in focus
  

• 3 + years experience in CX/UX roles with proven end-to-end experience creating elegant, clear,
  
• and engaging digital experiences;
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch;
  
• Experience working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team comprised of business analysts,
  
• product owners, digital marketing experts, and web developers;
  
• Experience running design thinking workshops leveraging technologies such as MIRO;
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills and a passionate, creative, and energetic personality
  
• 3 + years experience in CX/UX roles with proven end-to-end experience creating elegant, clear,
  
• and engaging digital experiences;
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch;

• Has experience working as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master on projects
  
• Web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS) and responsive page design
  
• Working in an agile and fast-paced project environment
  
• Experience from larger-scale customer experience or digital transformation initiatives is highly regarded
  
• Adobe Creative Suite-3yrs+ (InDesign)
