About the role
The Procurement team are central to how we enhance value and optimisation across the Foxtel Group. We are looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to join the team based out of our North Ryde offices. Day to day you will be analytical and commercial as you frame up costing scenarios, being a solutions focused professional. Your well developed understanding of contract formulation, specifically in supporting Technology teams will be essential to your success in this role.

You will have a well developed understanding on prioritisation, urgency and balance these with commercial outcomes with our stakeholders. You will have a lens of continuous improvement, ensuring that the way we do things today are suitable for the future.

Responsibilities

More specifically you will:

• Provide Category Management support to Strategic Category Managers
• Provide procurement oversight across tactical and transactional spend
• Execute sourcing activities and conduct commercial and contractual evaluation support
• Involvement in and preparation of Key Supplier Reviews
• Stakeholder Management and Requirements Gathering

Capabilities

• You will ideally have a background in Telco or Technology services, couple with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Procurement Specialist field.
• IT Procurement experience, specifically around software and hardware licencing will make sure your CV stands out from the rest.
• Demonstrable experience in leading supplier negotiations and constructing category strategy plans
• Good commercial and analytical skills, solid understanding of contracts and terms
