We’re looking for a Salesforce Product Manager to join our team, reporting into our Head of CRM.

As part of the Customer and Marketing team, you will champion the customer in all that you do, and it is currently a very exciting time at Foxtel, with innovative products and projects in the pipeline. Your role will be key in the implementation and execution of this project as we look to expand our Salesforce utilisation throughout the organisation.

As Salesforce Product Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders to drive and enable the CRM roadmap and capability in line with business needs and priorities.

Your purpose

  • Engage with business stakeholders to develop business requirements to support major and ongoing enhancement requests, bug fixes and into Salesforce requirements
  • Collaborate with the business to define and prioritise objectives, outcomes, key success metrics and business requirements, to develop and define Salesforce product roadmaps
  • Develop and present roadmaps on product strategy in order to communicate effectively to business stakeholders
  • Identify key opportunities for business improvement, as well as development of technical or process enhancements in order to increase operational efficiencies
  • Manage the team of Product Specialist, Producer and Operation Analyst
  • Influence and work closely with wider team and external parties from various business and technical organisations (eg System Integrators, Professional Services and Salesforce support engineers)

Your capability

  • Demonstrated extensive product management and change management experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Industries
  • Demonstrable success in driving development of products from concept to operational launch
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sprint delivery process
  • Business acumen with good project management skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Manage direct and influence indirect team members (eg System Integrators, Professional Services) to achieve business and technical outcomes
