The Role

The role of the Senior Consultant is to support the Staff Banking Channel to provide value to Suncorp employees across retail Home Lending, Personal Lending and small business channels.

You will provide support with managing, acquiring and growing our portfolio of customers. You will play a significant role in enabling the business to continue to grow the retail lending portfolio, customer connectivity and NPS rating.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join Staff Banking Brisbane.

 Key Responsibilities

This is a varied and dynamic role and as it is customer focussed, no two days are the same! But you could expect the following…

• Provide quality credit & risk solutions for customers through the fulfilment of home lending, personal lending and small business processing requirements, whilst enhancing the customer experience of the lending journey end to end
• Assist with generating opportunities for sales specialists, for Banking and Insurance products using the agreed sales process.
• Assist Area Manager with monthly risk tasks as required and provide support where needed across Channel
• Assist the Staff Banking Channel to manage relationships with customers within their assigned portfolio.
• Assist the Staff Banking Channel to build relationships with new employees joining the company through effective onboarding sessions, welcome calls etc.
• Attend to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner and in keeping with established service standards.

 Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base.
• Demonstrated experience in Home or Personal Lending.
• Demonstrated experience in financial services.
• Tertiary Qualifications in business, commerce, banking and/or finance are desirable.
