Job Description

The Work Health & Safety Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day to day administrative activities of the WHS team who deliver services to our internal clients across the ITEC Group Australia national footprint. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the WHS team including data entry to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data capture in our systems
  • Providing, coordinating and facilitating training courses for employees, clients and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Advocate a safe work culture to whole organisation
  • Assist department with any other ad-hoc duties where required

Desired Skills and Experience

What you need to be considered for this position:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a matrix structure team
  • Experience in the health industry, CDP or employment services will be highly regarded
  • Current open driver’s license
  • Hold a current Blue Card or ability to obtain
  • Hold a current Yellow Card or NDIS worker screen or ability to obtain
  • Hold a current (within last 3 months) National Police Check or ability to obtain
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Flexibility to travel, including to remote areas, as required
