About the business: Square Yards is a technology-enabled Online to Offline transaction and aggregator platform for Global real estate. It offers a comprehensive, integrated menu of global property & asset portfolio after carefully spotting the opportunities across multiple asset classes in different categories and analyzing them through multiple investment parameters (like rental yields, capital appreciation, cost of capital, transaction costs, taxes etc.) individually and in co-relation with each other.
About the role: We have an amazing in-house marketing team who get us high volumes of hot leads every week – and by hot, we mean people who are interested in our properties and looking to invest now! From there, our dedicated Property Sales Consultants take it forward by doing in-house/office meetings with potential clients. ** We are looking for somebody to transition into a leadership role after learning the business practice and process. You will then look at building your own team **
The consultant's role starts with meeting the clients, booking a property meeting and ends with contract signing. Our admin team takes over from there and guides our clients all the way through to settlement and property leasing.

As a Property Sales Consultant, You Will

  • Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, where you will present tailored investment property options and will bring your clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on investment strategies, minimize tax, reduce debt, and market cycles
  • Develop rapport and get to know the client and finding out about their goals and vision for the future
  • Educate on property investment and make your clients aware of the incentives available to them, and explain different strategies available for them to pursue
  • You will be responsible for relationship management, assisting your clients through the decision-making process, and follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post-sales.
  • Represent the Square Yards brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with
  • Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients
  • This isn't the role for those looking for a 9-5 job; this is the role for people who are serious about building a rewarding career in Property Sales! It will involve after-hours and weekend appointments and your base salary and commissions are lucrative.

Skills And Experience
  • An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities
  • Experience in the property industry
  • Familiar with negative/positive gearing strategies
  • Ability to meet & outperform KPI's through solution-based selling
  • Debt reduction strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
  • A proven and quantifiable track record of success in previous sales/customer service/account management roles

Requirements
  • Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate
  • You must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle and a current valid drivers' license

Salary: $42,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year + best commission structure in the industry

Experience
