Complete Hire Equipment is a leading award winning equipment hire company, being named Hire Company Of The Year Victoria 2017 & National Hire Company Of The Year 2018 located in Altona North. We are a family owned business that has been operating for 18 years within the market place. We are very passionate about our industry and delivering an exceptional outcome for all our clients.
We are looking to secure a motivated person who has the same values as we do and is passionate about customer service. This role will see you covering areas in Melbourne and its suburbs. You will be working closely with our General Manager & Director.
Your ability to develop and maintain client relationships will see you succeed in this challenging role. Training will be provided and we are focused on staff development.
To be successful at this role you will need to possess a demonstrated capability to do the following.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Maintaining Relationships with existing clients & Develop New Ones.
Develop & Maintain key accounts
Meet KPI's & Revenue budget
Contribute to the quality, efficiency and improvement of the business

To Be Successful In This Role

3-5 years sales or account management experience within the hire industry
Experience in negotiating with customers and demonstrated ability to achieve a win/win outcome
Experience working to budgets and targets
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Good time management and organisational ability, with attention to detail

Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Essential

In depth experience and knowledge of the building & construction industry.
Hire industry knowledge - Essential
Ability to negotiate at both office and site level
Attention to detail
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
Excellent phone manner
Be proactive with a "CAN DO ATTITUDE"
Must be self motivated and having the ability to think outside the square
Driver’s License
The salary package will be negotiated for the right person.
