Job Description

Joining the Michael Page Legal team in Sydney, you will be working in a heavily candidate driven market. This is a 360 recruitment role, however we would also be open to considering strong candidate resourcers with an interest in the legal sector.

Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing legal candidates
• Building and maintaining relationships across both candidates and clients
• Understanding specific requirements when taking job briefs
• Management of the end to end recruitment processes
• Business development across new and existing clients
• Putting together legal market updates
• Networking at legal events / supporting with driving relevant legal webinars
• Staying up to date with changes / announcements within the legal industry

The Successful Applicant

We are open to considering different experience levels / backgrounds for this role. As such you will ideally suit one of the below profiles:

• Experience in legal recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience recruiting another discipline and a genuine interest in the legal industry
• Experience directly in the legal field (qualified or non-qualified), however interested to explore a different career path
• Experience as a candidate resourcer

Outside of this you will be driven, switched on, self-motivated and a team player.
