What you'll be doing
Coordinate and lead change management activities of eHealth programs within Murrumbidgee and Southern NSW Local Health Districts including developing and actioning change and training plans.

Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications within a health discipline and relevant experience in a complex and multi-site organisation.
  2. Strong record of achievement at a senior management level in a large and geographically dispersed organisation delivering health, human or other complex services.
  3. Ability to effectively use writing skills and technology for electronic communication, web-based research, documentation of plans, preparation of reports and promotional material.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; including the ability to engage, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively motivate engagement with potential solutions.
  6. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills and the ability to engender support for change, to address change resistance and motivate and influence stakeholders to adopt and embrace the change. The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, clinical staff, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ability to implement service and organisational re-engineering change management plans which incorporate change management strategies, implementation strategies and policies that are consistent across the organisation and comply with governance requirements. Experience in or knowledge of quality and risk management and/or clinical redesign.
  8. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
