Your new company
Our client is a multi-faceted organisation within the Mining / Construction industry. They are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant for a 3-month contract to utilise their skills on a daily basis.
Your new role
Commencing immediately, your new role would be providing a high level of support to your peers. You will work with a team who is knowledgeable and friendly and who will be supportive of you in this assignment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Strong time management skills
- Be highly motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously with limited direction
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Have a good typing speed approx. 70 wpm
- Telephone answering and enquiries
- Adaptable, engaging and approachable
