Your new role
  • Take pride in delivering a world class customer experience to build advocacy with our customers and deliver a simpler, better, smarter customer experience.
  • Handling technical website queries and market related queries; including product enquiries (which you’ll get trained on)
  • Follow-up with back office operations teams on requested actions and administration tasks on behalf of the client
  • First contact resolution of enquiries, complaints and any escalations (with the guidance of seniors)

Competitive hourly rate of $30.55
Start/ end dates: April 26th - October 26th (opportunity to be extended)
Shift patterns: Working 38-40 hours Monday to Sunday working a flexible rotating roster between 8am to 7pm. Won't be working every weekend, just occasional weekend shifts.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A ‘Passion for Customers’ – a genuine desire to help people and take pride in what you do
  • A knowledge of or an interest in financial service
  • Great communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning with the ability to adapt to change
  • Computer literate & comfortable with technology
  • An interest in trading, shares, stocks and investments is beneficial but not required
