We are working with an early-stage start-up who are backed by 500 Start-ups, a US-based VC firm who also count Canva and Grab among their backed start-ups. Our client has built a SaaS platform for users of all sizes & technical capabilities to develop so they can run powerful AI/ML applications simply & affordably without having to be technical to do so. The company is backed also by high-net worth Australian investors and tech heavy weights who are planning to scale the business globally fast.

Account Executive / Channel BDM

We are looking to secure a Melbourne-based AE, who can sell with and through partners – both recruit/sign new partners, but then co-sell to end-user clients. They have signed Deloitte as a partner, as well as Morfit Group, Accenture and several other medium-sized SIs, and their go-to-market (GTM) is set to be through partners. They are keen to secure someone who understands how to construct a partner-led sale and are open to the type of solutions you have sold but being a start-up means they are looking for someone to hustle and work hard to help them grow and become a global player.


  • Experience selling to and through the channel with some Enterprise Sales Experience ideally
  • Ability to recruit partners and work with them to position solutions to their end users
  • Building a pipeline of mid-range to large, Australian-based companies’ and organizations in across different sectors, including, but not limited to, Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing and Distribution and Public Sector.
  • Managing a high level of activity (5 customer meetings a day) and working on converting 100 leads a month, that are provided by Marketing, which should equate to 10 - 20 qualified opportunities and three sales;
  • Negotiating and compiling client contract terms and pricing.
  • Coordinating implementation, on boarding and ongoing training of partners and clients on the platform
