We provide quality, person centred therapy services to support people with a disability to live to their full potential and enjoy an everyday life while delivering community based Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Positive Behaviour Supports and Early Childhood Intervention Supports to build on what is working in a person’s life and create changes to areas that are not.

A well-established organisation, we now have more than 24 teams providing in person and online support to people across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania.

Your new role:
Graduates in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy & Physiotherapy Employment Term: Full or Part Time Ongoing roles available
Salary: $68,000 plus super

Locations - All Therapy Hub Locations
Commencement Date: 19th May, 2021. 
As a New Graduate you will:
  • Engage with participants across the lifespan with the opportunity to explore the age ranges you may wish to focus on over time.
  • Be supported to work within your scope of practice to achieve meaningful outcomes for your participants.
  • Develop and conduct therapy sessions within the person’s everyday environments that aligns with the Social Model.
  • Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and discuss outcomes with participants, family and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare full, accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendation strategies.
  • Receive mentoring and coaching along with the training and tools to craft your career path.
  • Learn and grow in a supportive environment including being shadowed by an experienced therapist in your first appointments.
  • Be part of a therapy team where you will learn both independently and during shared learning experiences.
